About the Role

- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the facilities.
- Support the Commercial Director in achieving departmental goals and targets.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, ADAFSA).
- Deliver high quality, efficient, and guest focused service.
- Recruit, train, and develop high performing team.
- Implement SOPs and ensure operational excellence across outlets.
- Plan and execute internal and external events.
- Foster a positive and engaging team environment.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, F&B, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a managerial F&B role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Good understanding of financial management and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
