Minimum Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Must have a valid DOD Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret
- Certifications: PMP, OR DAWIA Program Management Level III certification (if a Master’s degree not obtained)
- Education: High School
- Years of Experience: 7 years of experience as a Project/program Manager OR,
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager
Additional Experience
Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices in their area of expertise.
Experience writing, reviewing, and executing Project Plans, Financial Reports, and MS Project Schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Education: MA/MS in a related field
- Years of experience: 3 years of acquisition program management
- Certifications: PM level II certification, DAWIA Program Management Level III certification (or equivalent)
Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable of Foreign Military Sales
- Knowledgeable of C2 Systems
- Knowledge of Ground-Based Radar and Infra-Red systems
- Knowledge of Missile Warning operations
- Knowledgeable in Global Command and Control Systems
- Knowledgeable in Cross Domain Solutions
- Previous active-duty military experience

- Communication: Effectively convey project goals, delegate tasks, and provide feedback to ensure clarity and collaboration.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team, providing direction and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts promptly and constructively to maintain team morale and project integrity.
- Empathy: Understand and share the feelings of team members and stakeholders to build trust and rapport.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve a win-win situation.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Interactions with FMS customers requires adapting to cultural and business norms for that country.
Location
- The position is performed in Colorado Spring CO
- Travel: Travel might be required up to 25%
- Hybrid: Remote flexibility 1-2 days per week – subject to change per the customer’s discretion
