FMS Branch Program Manager - COS

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Clearance: Must have a valid DOD Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret
• Certifications: PMP, OR DAWIA Program Management Level III certification (if a Master’s degree not obtained)
• Education: High School
• Years of Experience: 7 years of experience as a Project/program Manager OR,
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager

Additional Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• Education: MA/MS in a related field
• Years of experience: 3 years of acquisition program management
• Certifications: PM level II certification, DAWIA Program Management Level III certification (or equivalent)

Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable of Foreign Military Sales
• Knowledgeable of C2 Systems
• Knowledge of Ground-Based Radar and Infra-Red systems
• Knowledge of Missile Warning operations
• Knowledgeable in Global Command and Control Systems
• Knowledgeable in Cross Domain Solutions
• Previous active-duty military experience

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team, providing direction and fostering a positive work environment.

Location

• The position is performed in Colorado Spring CO
• Travel: Travel might be required up to 25%
• Hybrid: Remote flexibility 1-2 days per week – subject to change per the customer’s discretion
