- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Manage brand positioning, product launches, packaging, and promotional activities
- Monitor brand performance, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns to maximize in store visibility and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key account partners
- Coordinate merchandising, POS materials, shelf placement, and promotional displays
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, ATL, BTL, and experiential platforms
- Manage advertising agencies, creative partners, and external vendors
- Develop promotional calendars and oversee campaign execution within budget
- Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and channel expansion strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG brand management, retail marketing, or trade marketing
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and FMCG distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms
- MBA or professional marketing certification preferred

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in FMCG brand management, retail marketing, or trade marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and FMCG distribution channels.
