FM CAFM Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced FM CAFM Coordinator to manage and maintain the CAFM system within our Facility Management operations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling asset data, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, reports, and ensuring accurate system updates to support smooth FM operations.

Manage and maintain the CAFM system database for all FM operations.

Create, update, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Generate and track work orders through the CAFM system.

Ensure all assets, equipment, and maintenance records are accurately updated in the system.

Coordinate with FM teams, technicians, and subcontractors regarding work order status and maintenance activities.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to maintenance performance, KPIs, and asset tracking.

Upload and maintain technical documents, warranties, manuals, and compliance records.

Support mobilization and onboarding of new projects into the CAFM system.

Assist in auditing FM data and ensuring data accuracy.

Coordinate with clients when required regarding CAFM reports and system updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, IT, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Facility Management or CAFM operations.

Experience in using CAFM systems such as Maximo, FSI GO, Archibus, Planon, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management processes.

Good knowledge of FM operations and maintenance workflow.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

UAE experience in Facility Management is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
