Feature Ownership
- Own customer-facing surfaces from problem definition and technical design through rollout, adoption metrics, and follow-up on-call support.
- Set technical direction and make architectural decisions that keep assigned surfaces maintainable.
- Partner with design, product, and backend teams to turn ambiguous problems into shipped and measured experiences.
