Responsibilities
- Design and create attractive flower bouquets, floral arrangements, and customized floral gifts
- Prepare and decorate gift hampers, gift boxes, and special occasion packaging
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and floral arrangements based on their requirements
- Source and purchase fresh flowers, plants, and floral materials from wholesale markets and suppliers
- Monitor flower inventory and ensure proper storage and handling to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower shop/work area
- Keep up to date with floral design trends and seasonal flower availability
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding flower quality, pricing, and deliveries
- Support special events, corporate orders, weddings, and other floral projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Florist or Floral designer
- Strong skills in bouquet making, flower arrangement, and gift wrapping/packing
- Knowledge of flower varieties, care techniques, and seasonal availability
- Experience purchasing flowers from wholesale suppliers or flower markets
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic English communication skills
