- Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance during shifts
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the work area
- Support and guide team members in their daily duties
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ensure service standards and company policies are followed at all times
- Assist in managing staff rotations and shift coverage
- Report operational issues, incidents, and daily updates to management
- Support training and onboarding of new staff when required
- Step in to assist operational staff during busy periods
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock control and timely replenishment
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, including managing a team
- Ability to handle inventory control and stock monitoring responsibilities
- Experience preparing daily reports and handling operational updates
- Comfortable handling customer complaints and resolving issues on the spot
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)

Job Description
- The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service standards, and supporting the team to deliver high quality customer experience.
