- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability
- Develop and manage annual budgets and track performance against financial targets
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support senior management with financial planning, business forecasting, and investment evaluations
- Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance and professional development
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles
- Experience using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel functions for financial analysis
- Experience managing financial audits, compliance requirements, or tax reporting processes
- Experience preparing budgets, financial reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Experience leading or supervising a finance or accounting team
