This is a practical, field-based role where you’ll help maintain the City’s roads, drainage and civil infrastructure. As a Flocon Operator/Labourer, you’ll operate specialist equipment, support civil maintenance works and work closely with a team that values safety, reliability and quality service for the community.
Operate Flocon trucks and associated plant safely and effectively
Transport, place and support the delivery of asphalt, gravel and other civil materials
Assist with road, drainage and general civil construction and maintenance activities
Carry out manual labouring duties including excavation, reinstatement and site clean-up
Inspect and maintain equipment, tools and work areas to support safe operations
Follow traffic management, workplace safety and environmental procedures
Identify and report hazards, defects, maintenance needs and service issues

Current HR licence, with HC licence highly regarded

Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
