Position Summary

Support the Flight Test group by balancing operational demands and capacity constraints to enable safe and efficient flight-test activities.

Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced operational environment focused on quality, safety, and customer transparency.

Coordinate support for A220 and A320 flight activities across engineering, production, quality, flight crew, and ground teams.

Challenges and Responsibilities

  • Represent Flight Test in scheduling meetings and manage schedules through the TimeBox flight-test scheduling system.
  • Coordinate information flow and support requests among technical, production, quality, engineering, airport operations, and ground personnel.
  • Perform resource planning, crew scheduling, qualification tracking, and mission support planning.
  • Secure equipment, compile equipment requirements, and coordinate approved-vendor orders.
  • Organize team meetings and prepare technical and KPI reports for management.
  • Distribute technical information and participate in software updates and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Three to five years of aviation industry experience and previous flight crew scheduling department experience required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, aeronautics, or engineering is preferred.
  • FAA aircraft dispatcher certification, FCC Radio license or ground control experience, and FAA pilot certifications are preferred.
  • Google Workspace, aircraft communication testing, TSA waiver coordination, and NavBlue experience are preferred.

Workplace and Travel

  • The position is onsite 100%.
  • Travel of 10% to 20% domestically and internationally is required for training and certification.
  • The role may involve office, production-floor, and flightline environments, including use of hearing and eye protection when required.
