Responsibilities
- Source and identify best in market air deals to ensure strong product availability
- Partner with Supply/Procurement teams to secure competitive, exclusive offers
- Negotiate supplier deals that support campaign and promotional calendars
- Build and maintain strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
- Manage the full lifecycle of product offers from sourcing through execution and retirement
- Curate and maintain a library of hot offers tailored to market needs
- Ensure product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized across all platforms
- Monitor product performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Analyze sales data, conversion, margins, and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market relevance
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support training initiatives
- Partner with Revenue Management & Pricing teams for optimal pricing strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of travel industry experience with strong category product focus
- 2+ years in a product role involving sourcing and deal creation
- Strong experience negotiating with suppliers and managing partnerships
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Advanced GDS proficiency (Sabre/Amadeus)
- Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong commercial and business acumen

- Experience working cross functionally with global and remote teams
- Strong understanding of flight products, pricing structures, and fare rules
- Advanced GDS proficiency (Sabre/Amadeus)
- Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations
- Experience developing or supporting training and enablement initiatives preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong commercial and business acumen
