Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor, based in Doha, Qatar.
The Fleet Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, allocation, and dispatch of vehicles and drivers.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules, enforcing safety regulations, supervising a team of drivers, conducting performance evaluations, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining detailed records of fleet operations.
The Fleet Supervisor will also collaborate with different departments to optimize the efficiency of the fleet system.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in vehicle Maintenance and upkeep, including adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Capability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of fleet management software is an advantage.
- Experience in a healthcare or similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
