Requirements
- University degree, preferably in business
- 5 7 years of professional experience in automotive sales, consulting, or commercial/business development
- Strong automotive product knowledge and business management knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong presentation, analytical, problem solving, negotiation, project management, and time management skills
- MBA or advanced business qualification (preferred)

The Role
- The Fleet Development Manager serves as the primary fleet sales contact, ensuring strong alignment between dealer priorities and country direction in support of the GM MEO business sales plan.
- This role is responsible for driving fleet targets while supporting retail objectives through disciplined execution, proactive customer engagement, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- The position also requires regular, well planned monthly customer and dealer visits, meetings, and touchpoints with key, strategic, and government accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, negotiate, and manage fleet sales, aligning with the country manager on deal execution while securing inventory or production availability.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly fleet forecasts and weekly sales updates.
- Support the achievement of overall brand and focus carline volume and market share objectives within the assigned fleet sales allowance.
- Lead effective fleet management of dealer operational KPIs (quantitative and qualitative), including inventory availability to support supply.
- Ensure structured and timely submission of fleet sales allowance and pricing intelligence reports, including CE requests and pricing support requests.
- Partner with country managers to ensure fair allocation and adequate availability of fleet demanded trims and popular options to achieve fleet sales objectives.
- Analyze and grow fleet sub segment performance across RAC, Government, and SME sectors.
- Strengthen MEO brand presence within key accounts.
- Coordinate fleet tender requirements with MEO Product Marketing, Distribution, and Finance.
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities for dealer fleet sales structures.
- Plan at least 1–2 fleet customer appreciation events or initiatives to increase brand affinity.
- Manage the assigned fleet CE budget effectively.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- University degree, preferably in business.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in automotive sales, consulting, or a commercial/business development environment.
- Strong automotive product knowledge and business management knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, develop forecasts, and deliver objectives.
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, project management, and action planning skills, including the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Strong organization and time management skills, including accurate and timely submissions (forecasts, updates, pricing intelligence, CE/financial support requests).

- MBA (or advanced business qualification), along with experience leading fleet tenders, managing CE budgets, and driving structured key account expansion across government and strategic customers.
