About the Role
Falcon Drive Car Rental is looking for a highly organized Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle registration, insurance, GPS tracking, maintenance scheduling, and traffic file management across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers
- Fleet insurance management, claims follow up, and accident repairs
- GPS installation, activation, and fleet tracking management
- Vehicle maintenance scheduling, inspections and downtime control (less than 3%)
- Traffic file management across RTA and TAMM platforms
- Traffic fines investigation, allocation, and black points management for customers & Drivers
- Accurate real time updates of fleet records (TARs) and internal systems
Requirements
- 2 3 years of UAE fleet administration experience
- Car rental industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of TAR's, RTA, and TAMM platforms
- Experience with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
