- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless rental operation review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements
- Handle sales and customer inquiries
Requirements
- Prior experience in car rental
- Strong knowledge of rental software systems (experience with TARS)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Arabic language is a plus
