Job summary
The Fitness Manager oversees fitness operations at Spartan Fitness in Hyderabad.
The role leads the trainer team, maintains fitness-service and member-experience standards, drives Personal Training performance, and ensures effective facility operations.
Fitness operations
- Manage daily fitness operations and the training floor.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate trainers to maintain service standards.
- Manage trainer schedules, floor coverage, shifts, and workload allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fitness SOPs, service standards, and professional guidelines.
- Monitor equipment usage, safety standards, and training-floor discipline.
Team management and development
- Coach, train, and conduct performance reviews for trainers.
- Set performance expectations and KPIs for the fitness team.
- Monitor trainer productivity, attendance, member engagement, and service quality.
- Identify development needs and support continuous improvement.
- Build a positive, professional, and performance-driven fitness team.
