We are actively hiring for Pilates Instructors across our Greater Boston locations.
Candidates may be placed at one or more of the following sites based on business needs and individual preferences:

- Lead safe, effective, and engaging group Pilates classes for up to 12 clients.
- Clearly communicate verbal cues and movement directions to guide participants through exercises.
- Provide appropriate modifications and progressions to meet the individual needs of clients within a group setting.
- Incorporate props and equipment into class flows to enhance engagement and results.
- Encourage and support clients in achieving personal health and fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space; assist with cleaning and equipment upkeep as needed.
- Demonstrate proper technique and exercises, including bending, lifting, and performing physical movements.
- Comply with all safety procedures, company policies, and professional standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Ability to adapt classical Pilates exercises using a contemporary approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional environment.
- Skilled in developing rapport and fostering client loyalty.
- Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe studio environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and commitment to the studio’s values and mission.
- Minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education certification or equivalent.
- Experience teaching group equipment-based Pilates classes required.
- Additional certifications or experience in other fitness disciplines (e.g., yoga, barre, personal training) a plus.
