Role Overview
The Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for managing fit-out and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily fit-out and construction activities .
• Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resources .
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor finishing works and ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Manage variations, claims, delays, and project risks .
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and project handover.
• Prepare progress and management reports.
• Lead project meetings and resolve site/technical issues.
