Fit Out Project Manager

MTM Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fit Out Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high quality fitness and wellness facility projects, including gyms, boutique studios, health clubs, and wellness centers.

As our Fit Out Project Manager, you will oversee projects from concept to handover, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and alignment with technical, operational, and brand standards.

You will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver spaces that provide exceptional user experiences and operational efficiency.\|

· Lead end to end project management for fit out projects in fitness and wellness facilities.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed proactively.

· Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

· Monitor site activities, manage resources, and supervise subcontractors to maintain high-quality execution.

· Conduct regular project meetings, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

· Manage procurement, variation orders, and contract administration to ensure cost control and transparency.

· Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout project delivery.

Qualification and Experience:

· Minimum 5+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in fit out or construction projects.

· Demonstrated experience in fitness, wellness, commercial, retail, or hospitality fit outs.

· Strong understanding of project execution, timelines, cost control, and stakeholder management.

· Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

· Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are a plus.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

· Knowledge of MEP coordination, finishes, lighting, and functional layouts.

· Familiarity with project management and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.

· Expertise in interior fit out processes, materials, and construction methods.

· Lead projects from concept design through to operational handover.
