Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales activities by visiting prospective and existing clients across the UAE
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the golf cart EV market
- Promote and sell electric golf carts to commercial sectors (golf courses, hotels, resorts, etc.)
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in EV technology
- Represent MTM EV at exhibitions, trade events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Automotive, Electric Vehicles (EV), Industrial Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or B2B sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is an advantage

Job Summary
- MTM EV, a leading provider of premium electric mobility solutions in the UAE and beyond, is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results driven Golf Cart EV Outdoor Sales Executive.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through outdoor sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting MTM EV's range of electric golf carts to commercial and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales activities by visiting prospective and existing clients across the UAE.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the golf cart EV market.
- Promote and sell electric golf carts to golf courses, hotels, resorts, residential communities, industrial facilities, airports, municipalities, corporate organizations, and other commercial sectors.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using the company's CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in electric vehicle technology.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Represent MTM EV professionally at exhibitions, trade events, and networking opportunities when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Automotive, Electric Vehicles (EV), Industrial Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or B2B sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE to meet clients and generate new business.
- Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is an advantage.
