About the Role
Royal Infinity Hotel Management LLC seeks a Fit Out Estimator to analyze joinery production drawings, perform material take-offs, source hardware and fittings, estimate labor and machine time, and budget for veneer and finish selections.

- Review detailed joinery production drawings, sections, and connection details
- Calculate exact quantities of MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneers, laminates, and solid surfaces
- Price specialized runners, concealed hinges, locks, LED drivers, and integrated metal brackets
- Calculate factory production hours (CNC cutting, edging, veneering, painting/polishing) and on site installation labor
- Budget for specific grain matching requirements, high gloss PU lacquers, or fire rated coatings
Requirements
- Experience in joinery production drawing analysis and material take offs
- Knowledge of hardware and fitting sourcing for joinery
- Ability to estimate labor and machine time for factory production and on site installation
- Familiarity with veneer and finish selection and budgeting

Key Responsibilities
- Shop Drawing Analysis: Reviewing detailed joinery production drawings, sections, and connection details.
- Material Take offs: Calculating exact quantities of MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneers, laminates, and solid surfaces (like Corian).
- Hardware & Fitting Sourcing: Pricing specialized runners, concealed hinges, locks, LED drivers, and integrated metal brackets.
- Labor & Machine Time Estimation: Calculating factory production hours (CNC cutting, edging, veneering, painting/polishing) and on site installation labor.
- Veneer & Finish Selection: Budgeting for specific grain matching requirements, high gloss PU lacquers, or fire rated coatings.
Pay
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,500.00 per month
