Job Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, joinery, furniture, and finishes
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, tender documents, and pricing sheets
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to clarify project requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering options
- Maintain updated pricing databases for materials and labor
- Support the tender submission process and attend clarification meetings when required
- Ensure all estimates comply with project timelines and client requirements
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
