K4 Group is seeking an experienced Fit-out Estimator with strong UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
The role focuses on estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, tendering, rate analysis, and supplier or subcontractor pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analyses, tender submissions, commercial proposals, and pricing summaries.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and coordinate pricing with design, procurement, MEP, joinery, marble, and project teams.
- Update estimates for drawings, addendums, and scope changes and identify risks, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Support variations, additional works, cost control, and accurate submission of multiple tenders within deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in fit-out estimation, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and UAE market rates.
- Strong skills in BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, tender pricing, and cost estimation.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PlanSwift, CostX, or equivalent estimation software.
- Strong supplier and subcontractor negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects is preferred.

- Fit-out estimation, BOQ and quantity take-off, tendering and bid management, cost estimation and rate analysis, and subcontractor or supplier negotiation.
