Role Overview
The employer is seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to cut, clean, handle, display, and store seafood properly.
Fish Cutters typically work in departmental stores and support product quality, standards, and pricing.
Daily Responsibilities
- Clean, cut, slice, and fillet fish while stocking seafood supplies.
- Place meat on display trays and package products in labeled containers.
- Determine shelf life for stocked products and store supplies according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, knives, and equipment.
- Minimize waste while cutting fish.
- Assist clients with seafood selection and resolve their queries.
- Prepare seafood according to restaurant chefs' requirements.
- Verify received items against client orders.
- Perform delegated tasks, comply with company policies, and provide excellent customer service.
Compensation
- The pay is QAR 1,500 to QAR 1,800 per month.
Employment Type
