Job Overview

  • Walk in Interview (Any day) Monday to Thursday 4pm – 5pm
  • Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, cut, portion, and prepare fish and seafood for cooking
  • Marinate seafood using approved recipes and seasoning methods
  • Grill fish, shrimp, squid, lobster, and other seafood items according to customer orders and restaurant standards
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper preparation
  • Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and consistently
  • Maintain quality control of seafood products and report any concerns regarding freshness
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage
  • Assist with stock monitoring and inform supervisors of inventory shortages
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Support the Head Chef and kitchen team with other food preparation tasks as required
