About the Role
Marshal Fire Safety Training & Consultancy is seeking a qualified First Aid & Safety Trainer to deliver training in First Aid, Fire Safety, Operational Safety, and Occupational Safety in Dubai.

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in First Aid & CPR/AED, Fire Safety & Fire Warden, Operational & Workplace Safety Courses, and Occupational Safety Courses
- Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Ensure training delivery meets UAE regulatory and accreditation standards
- Support continuous improvement of course materials and delivery methods
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering safety related training
- Must be able to speak clear English and Hindi
- NEBOSH IGC Level 3
- Train the Trainer certification
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to deliver both theory and hands on practical sessions
- Good understanding of UAE safety regulations and training expectations

About the Role
- Deliver engaging, accurate, and practical training sessions in First Aid, Fire Safety, Operational Safety, and Occupational Safety for corporate clients and learners across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in: First Aid & CPR/AED, Fire Safety & Fire Warden, Operational & Workplace Safety Courses, Occupational Safety Courses.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering safety related training.
- Must be able to speak clear English and Hindi.
- NEBOSH IGC Level 3.
- Train the Trainer certification.

- Ability to deliver both theory and hands on practical sessions.
- Good understanding of UAE safety regulations and training expectations.
Preferred Certifications
- Highfield (HABC) certifications such as Level 3 Delivering Training (IADT), Level 2/3 Fire Safety, Level 3 First Aid, Level 3 Health & Safety.
- First Aid Instructor certification (AHA, HSI, Red Cross, or equivalent).
- Fire Safety / Fire Warden Instructor certification.
- Experience delivering DCD approved Fire Safety courses.
- Experience delivering DCAS aligned First Aid courses.
- Additional OHS, emergency response, or instructor level certifications.
Employment Details
- Full time position.
- Based in Dubai, UAE.
- Standard UAE benefits (visa, medical insurance, paid leave, etc.).
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Pay: AED 6,000 AED 8,000 per month.
