Firefighter Control

We are looking for someone who:

Remains calm and effective under pressure.

Communicates clearly, confidently and professionally.

Can think independently and make sound decisions.

Has strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

Is adaptable, resilient and self-motivated.

Has a confident telephone manner.

Can type at least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Has good IT skills and an excellent standard of written and spoken English

No formal qualifications are required.
