As a Fire Control Operator, you will be at the heart of our emergency response. You will:
Receive and manage 999 emergency calls.
Mobilise and coordinate operational resources.
Provide critical incident support and safety advice to callers.
Support operational crewing across the Service.
Maintain and update mobilising systems and response plans.
Work closely with other Fire and Rescue Services through our collaborative partnership arrangements.
Undertake administrative and data management activities that support service delivery.
