The Opportunity
The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic, and motivated individual for the position of Fire Base Supervisor.
This position is responsible for the organization and coordination of fire suppression tactical and strategic response in the forest protection area.
Wildland fire pre-suppression activities including maintaining equipment and infrastructure, purchase of goods and services, fire response planning, public education, mitigating fire risks, and ensuring training is provided to employees to meet operational and safety requirements.
Other assigned duties may include park and recreation site development and maintenance.
