About the Role
Finanshels is looking for a VAS Revenue & Vendor Partnerships Executive to drive the growth of value-added financial services across our client ecosystem in the UAE.
This role involves identifying strategic partners, launching new VAS offerings, managing vendor relationships, and driving revenue growth through banking, payments, payroll, lending, insurance, and related financial products.
The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, experience in partnership management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage VAS vendor partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation
- Negotiate commercials, pricing structures, and partnership agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and product
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for VAS offerings
- Monitor revenue performance, margins, and client adoption metrics
- Maintain accurate tracking of vendor pipelines, activations, and renewals
- Ensure operational accuracy in contracts, pricing, and commercial documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or VAS-related roles
- Experience working with financial products such as banking, payments, payroll, lending, insurance, or related services
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of pricing models, margins, and revenue generation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and execution capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services
- Prior exposure to vendor management or strategic partnerships
- Experience handling revenue targets or commercial ownership
- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
