Role Overview
The Finishing Foreman oversees finishing activities on a construction site.
The role is responsible for quality, schedule coordination, progress inspections, worker feedback, and site safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee finishing activities on site and ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage schedules, and resolve conflicts to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of work progress.
- Provide actionable feedback to workers to improve performance and adherence to plans.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Ensure team members comply with regulations to help prevent accidents.
Role Requirements
- Ability to supervise finishing construction activities against project specifications.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers and manage project schedules.
- Ability to inspect work progress and provide actionable worker feedback.
