About the Role
A leading real estate developer in Dubai is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. Candidates must have 4-5 years of FP&A experience and mandatory UAE real estate development experience.

Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Consolidate financial inputs from Accounting, Sales, and Projects teams
- Prepare monthly reports including budget vs. actuals, cost tracking, revenue tracking, and variance analysis
- Support BRM reviews by preparing reports, schedules, and tracking follow ups
- Maintain feasibility tracking logs and reconcile assumptions against actual performance
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and forecasting
- Update dashboards, reporting templates, and financial models while improving reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or in final stages)
- 4–5 years of FP&A, financial reporting, or analysis experience
- Mandatory: UAE real estate development experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

- We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai.
- This role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
