Responsibilities:

  • > Serve as the primary FP&A contact for Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines (VIP), Singapore Domestic ensuring financial oversight and strategic support for these newly established markets > Contribute to the execution, consolidation, and reporting of budgeting, forecasting, and actual financial processes. Partner with the ASEAN FBP and FP&A Lead to ensure the achievement of short- and long-term financial targets > Track and evaluate performance against financial targets outlined in annual budgets, forecasts and strategic plans, identifying deviations and recommending corrective action > Lead performance appraisal processes, including budget reviews, forecast updates, and actual performance analysis. Present financial results and projections to finance and non-finance stakeholders > Collaborate closely with the ASEAN FBP and FP&A Lead to ensure consistency and alignment in financial analysis reviews and decision-making. > Design and deliver insightful financial reports to support decision-making, highlighting key opportunities, risks, and trends > Conduct in-depth analyses to provide actionable insights, quantify opportunities, and mitigate risks affecting business performance like expense reviews, excess and obsolete calculations, assist in MAPS control reviews and assessments > Represent finance in cross-functional discussions, contributing to strategic and operational planning support functional teams for Budget, Forecast, Actuals reviews and analysis > Build and enhance the commercial team's understanding of sales, pricing trends, expense trends, accruals, margins and overall P&L > Provide support for key commercial initiatives including pricing strategies, and ROI > Deliver financial support to local teams in VIP and Singapore domestic, ensuring operational and strategic alignment > Provide financial support for ASEAN-wide initiatives and BU projects with a focus on achieving strategic outcomes > Transfer pricing - support Controllers/RTR team on compliance with transfer pricing regulations and working with Global tax team on related matters and workings on prices, Transfer price audit and preparing details and reviewing the workings. Assist with sales incentive calculations and policy reviews for the respective markets based on the criteria laid down in the incentive policies Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Requirements:

  • > Educated to Degree level with Business/Finance/Accounting Licenses/Certifications: CPA/ACCA (preferred but not required) > Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial Finance/FP&A experience with full P/L support knowledge > Prior Healthcare industry experience preferred > Experience in supporting senior business leadership teams within an organisation and developing strategic plans, budget and forecast > A working knowledge in Axapta, consolidation/BI systems/planning systems (specifically TM1 (Cognos) and Hyperion/HFM) > Intermediate to advance excel knowledge and skills set to handle and manage data effectively and efficiently Competences: > Outstanding strategic, numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail > Develop long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders. > Transformation, project and change management skills in a Finance Business Partnering environment > The instinct to think strategically and drive continuous improvement utilising existing and acquired knowledge/experience. > Ability to influence and communicate credibly at a senior level. > Ability to simultaneously work independently across multiple initiatives and process complex data to generate relevant insight. > Passion to continuously learn and acquire knowledge.
