Job requirements
• CAS Status with current employer/role.
• Previous experience as a Financial Planner, Financial Adviser or Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Ability to deliver holistic financial planning advice across a range of client needs.
• Excellent understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Committed to Consumer Duty principles and delivering positive client outcomes.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified.
Job responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing financial planning advice tailored to their evolving needs and objectives.
• Generate new business through referrals, professional connections, networking and internal business partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with Paraplanners, Administrators and other professional contacts to deliver an exceptional client experience and identify further planning opportunities.
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations, company standards and Consumer Duty requirements.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing CPD, training and development, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
