About the Role

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyse financial performance including Business Unit and Product line Margin analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls
- Monitor and manage costs across the MENA region
- Lead and develop a high performing controlling team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- At least 3 years in a financial controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial processes, reporting, and regional tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English
- Ability to travel within the MENA region as needed
- Master's degree, CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Cost Centre and Profit Centre accounting.
- Provide guidance to subsidiary regarding cost & employee allocation.
- Lead annual planning for budget and forecast logic determination.
- Review monthly reporting allocations and provide recommendations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Monitor budget/forecast variances against actual.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls.
- Cost Management & Efficiency: Monitor and manage costs across the MENA region.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high performing controlling team.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree, CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a financial controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial processes, reporting, and regional tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, team player, and decision making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the MENA region as needed.
