Job Purpose
Oversee the Financial Excellence division and ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant financial operations.
Implement financial control processes, improve operational efficiency, and manage financial risks across three airports.
Financial Control and Compliance
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial control strategies and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to verify data accuracy and compliance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through control processes.
Operational Efficiency
- Optimize financial processes and workflows through technology and best practices.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and oversee financial statement preparation for three airports.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Financial Excellence team.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and identify training needs.
