Job Purpose
Support the Contracts and Agreements function within Legal Affairs by drafting, monitoring, supervising, and documenting contracts, agreements, and Service Level Agreements.
Support contractual compliance, lifecycle management, and protection of the company’s contractual rights and interests under the Contracts and Agreements Supervisor.
Contract and Agreement Management
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, amendments, and renewals using approved templates and review procedures.
- Identify contractual rights, obligations, liabilities, deliverables, and performance requirements.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved business requirements.
- Assist negotiations and prepare supporting drafts, comparison documents, and amendments.
- Coordinate with departments to collect technical, commercial, financial, and operational inputs.
- Flag contractual risks, deviations, and unclear provisions to the Supervisor.
Service Level Agreements
- Prepare, review, and update SLAs with internal and external airport stakeholders using approved requirements and templates.
- Maintain SLA records covering scope, service levels, KPIs, responsibilities, reporting, and escalation requirements.
