- Lead all financial planning, corporate budgeting, detailed forecasting models, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
- Supervise the internal accounting team, ensure rigorous closing processes, maintain pristine general ledgers, and uphold IFRS compliance standards
- Oversee corporate treasury functions, optimize capital allocations, manage cash flow runways, and mitigate foreign exchange risk across entities
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors and ensure absolute corporate tax and UAE VAT compliance, filings, and documentation
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent global accounting qualification
- 8+ years of progressive financial leadership and corporate accounting experience, ideally within a multinational trading, commodities, or holding entity

Position Overview
- We require a meticulous and strategic financial leader to take complete ownership of our fiscal management, budgeting systems, and internal governance frameworks for our global DMCC trading operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Treasury & Liquidity Management: Oversee corporate treasury functions, optimize capital allocations, manage cash flow runways, and mitigate foreign exchange risk across entities.
- Taxation & Audit: Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors and ensure absolute corporate tax and UAE VAT compliance, filings, and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Credentials (Mandatory): Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent global accounting qualification.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive financial leadership and corporate accounting experience, ideally within a multinational trading, commodities, or holding entity.
