About the Role
Automated Trading SoftTech Pvt Ltd seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, accounting, treasury, and tax compliance in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting: formulate corporate budgets, forecast cycles, and dynamic financial models from scratch
- Analyze variances: evaluate budget to actual financial trends and issue monthly variance reports
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide capital allocation advice to senior management
- Oversee day to day general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany accounts
- Manage smooth monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
- Prepare consolidated P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow updates under IFRS
- Track corporate treasury accounts and map precise weekly cash flow forecasts
- Manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure and trade finance limits for import/export flows
- Maintain banking relations, handle corporate KYC renewals, and monitor credit lines
- File accurate quarterly UAE VAT and annual Corporate Tax submissions
- Coordinate audits: provide clean ledger schedules to lead swift corporate year end audits
- Partner with compliance team to ensure DMCC free zone trade license validity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA qualification (heavily preferred)
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager capacity within UAE trading or distribution sectors
- Complete operational command of UAE VAT and corporate tax laws
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience utilizing top ERP systems

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional Certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA qualification is heavily preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager capacity within UAE trading or distribution sectors.
