The Financial Controller will own the integrity of financial records and support a growing finance and commercial function.

This is a hands-on role covering financial control, reporting, audit, and commercial finance support.

Own month-end close, the general ledger, and a fully reconciled balance sheet.
Manage IFRS compliance, technical accounting positions, and statutory financial statements.
Lead the annual external audit and deliver clean, on-time outcomes.
Manage internal controls, group and shareholder reporting, and Qatari statutory and tax compliance.
Support project cost control, pricing, bids, and contract reviews.
Coach and develop the accounting team.

Hold a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, ACA, or CIMA.
Have 8+ years of finance experience, including a senior controller or reporting role.
Have led external audits as the client-side owner.
Bring strong current IFRS expertise and hands-on ERP experience.
