Provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO and senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and executive schedules.
Coordinate business travel, visas, accommodation, and logistics.
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and executive documents.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on action items.
Track key deadlines, projects, and executive initiatives.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support executive meetings, events, and other strategic activities.

At least 10 years of relevant Executive Assistant or senior executive support experience.
Currently based in Qatar.
Bilingual Arabic and English communication is mandatory.
Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and related business tools.

Previous experience working in a government or semi-government organization is advantageous.
