- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support senior management decision making
- Review and analyze affiliate board materials and prepare management briefings
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and investment evaluations
- Review impairment assessments and acquisition related financial analyses
- Support financial reporting and IFRS compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts on affiliate related matters
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and frameworks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
- Mentor and support junior team members as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, consulting, or corporate advisory
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to prepare and present reports to senior management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- MBA or other advanced business degree (preferred)
- Big 4 accounting or consulting firm experience (preferred)

Overview
- Eram Talent is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing financial information, preparing reports, and supporting business decisions to drive the company's financial performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
