Support financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for business and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze revenues, costs, margins, financial performance, and budget variances.
- Prepare variance explanations and recommendations for management.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial indicators.
- Prepare financial dashboards and management presentations.
- Conduct business analysis, evaluate project performance, and identify financial risks.
- Collect and validate financial data from departments.
- Assist with business cases, investment analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Projects, and Management teams.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, FMVA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, construction, engineering, or project-based companies is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI and financial dashboards is advantageous.
