The Financial Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality operational service that meets service level expectations. The Financial Administrator works closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. The Financial Administrator is responsible for evaluating customer data elements and developing a basic understanding of multiple processes within the line of business. Research, compile, and deliver work unit and individual volume, productivity, quality, and other statistics. Learning and implementing best practices in completing assigned tasks.

Receives detailed instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities with minimal errors and complete tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.

The role requires attention to detail in the work assigned by the team lead. The role holder is expected to respond to and resolve simple to moderately complex problems by identifying and selecting solutions based on acquired domain experience and guided by clear policy and procedure.
Identifies operational requirements and opportunities for improvement and implements whenever necessary.
