Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the finance and accounting team
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing
- Prepare financial reports and management reports
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and company policies
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Support ERP and system improvements
- Train, guide, and evaluate finance team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7–10 years of accounting and finance experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading accounting or finance teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Focus, Odoo, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Role Overview
- We are looking for a hands on Finance Supervisor to oversee the daily accounting operations and supervise a finance team of approximately 10 employees.
- The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, effective team coordination, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the finance and accounting team.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing.
- Prepare financial reports and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.

Preferred Experience
