- Oversee overall financial accounting, monthly closing and report generation
- Carry out full cycle cost accounting, monitoring and analysis, driving cost reduction and efficiency improvement
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive budget, establish rolling forecast mechanism, track execution and analyze variances
- Produce regular business analysis reports to support decisions on production efficiency and product pricing
- Handle company tax filings and ensure compliance with FTA requirements
- Participate in building risk control lines of defense across core business cycles
- Recruit and develop the finance team to ensure efficient departmental operations
Requirements
- Familiarity with international accounting standards and finance ERP systems
- Manufacturing cost accounting experience
- Experience in budget management and rolling forecast
