- Want to work directly with CFOs and shape finance leadership teams across the Middle East?
- Halian is hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to focus on senior finance and CFO office hires across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- You’ll own the full lifecycle - winning mandates, advising senior stakeholders, and placing top-tier finance leaders.
- What you’ll do:
- Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors & exec teams
- Deliver senior hires (CFO, VP Finance, Head of FP&A, etc.)
- Build expertise across banking, fintech & digital finance
- What we’re looking for:
- 360 recruitment or strong BD experience
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset & ambition to succeed
