You’ll play a key role in shaping how Finance works across Ramsay - understanding how things operate today, identifying opportunities to do things better and working with our teams to make those improvements happen.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact across Finance by:
Review and improve Finance processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities to simplify and standardise.
Design and implement practical future-state processes, workflows and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and reduce manual effort across Finance.
Strengthen financial controls, governance, approvals, reconciliations and reporting.
Partner with Technology and Finance systems teams on ERP, workflow, reporting and automation initiatives.
Support process and system testing, implementation and post-implementation stabilisation.
Develop clear process documentation, guidance and training to support consistent adoption.
Work across Finance, Operations and project teams to deliver sustainable improvements.
Provide Finance leaders with clear insights on progress, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
Help build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across Finance.
You’ll be a practical and commercially minded Finance professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and finding better ways of working. You’ll be comfortable working in the detail while understanding the broader business impact of the changes you’re helping deliver.
You will bring:
Experience improving, standardising or managing Finance processes within a large or complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance operations, including reporting, month-end, reconciliations, controls and governance.
