SmithRx is looking for an exceptional Finance Operations Analyst/ Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, this role will be an essential operational owner within our day-to-day accounting functions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on corporate accounting or operational accounting experience.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (US GAAP) and general ledger operations.
Demonstrated proficiency with cash reconciliations, expense processing, and multi-state/corporate compliance tasks.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet key monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration across internal teams and third-party vendor partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience with/ability to quickly learn modern accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct).
