Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with UAE e invoicing and VAT requirements
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate invoicing records in accounting software and financial systems
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoice related queries
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing and collections
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Prepare documentation required by auditors and banks as requested
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and supporting records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or general accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with international accounting software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and e invoicing requirements is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Salary: Starting from AED 10,000; final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and interview performance.
