Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the procurement team
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for Jet Fuel Supply and Flight Support Services
- Maintain accurate supplier databases, pricing records, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify cost saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other internal departments
- Support preparation, review, and administration of supplier agreements and contracts
- Resolve supplier related issues, service failures, and commercial disputes
- Assist management in developing procurement strategies and process improvements
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and supplier discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, vendor management in a Flight Support Company
- Experience within the aviation industry, including aviation services, ground handling, fuel procurement, or flight support, is mandatory
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously
